Description
Position Summary: The Administrative Associate - North Central delivers comprehensive and high-level administrative support to both the North Central Director and the Director of Behavioral Health and Crisis. This position demands advanced organizational abilities, sound judgment, and expertise in managing complex schedules, communications, and sensitive information. Acting as a strategic collaborator, the Administrative Associate anticipates leadership needs and proactively addresses challenges to enhance executive effectiveness and overall productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements; prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports; ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all communications.
- Coordinate and support high-level meetings, including agenda development, minute-taking, follow-up actions, and logistics.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as needed for executive decision-making.
- Manage special projects and initiatives, collaborating with various departments to achieve objectives.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Manage expense reports, budget and financial documents in support of directors' needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and executive support systems.
- Represent the executive's office with professionalism and diplomacy both internally and externally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 7 years' experience as an Executive Administrative Staff or related experience preferred
Experience

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Outstanding communication skills-both written and verbal.

Licensure, Registration, Certification
- Valid Washington State driver's license and minimum required liability insurance for WA State
- Must be deemed insurable as determined by Catholic Charities' liability insurance provider
Employment is conditional upon:
- Being cleared by criminal background check and fingerprinting when required
Work Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wage Range:$24.00-$28.50 per hour, depending on experience
