Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado's largest and most comprehensive provider of cancer care has an exciting opportunity for an experienced PET Tech.

This position requires on-site work at multiple locations throughout the Denver metro area and is eligible for mileage reimbursement in accordance with company policy.

Salary Range: $35.00-55.00

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Performs PET scan procedures to include injection of radiopharmaceutical, setup of protocol, reconstruction and development of images, coordination of image on report function and archiving of images. -Schedules procedures and related front office functions to ensure smooth workflow. -Ensures accuracy of patient demographic information, report distribution and patient files. -Collects clinical data for patient follow-up and development of teaching and educational information.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associates or Bachelors degree in Biology or nuclear medicine technology from an AMA accredited program. Minimum five to seven years experience in nuclear medicine, including two years of previous PET experience. CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) and/or ARRT (N) certification and state licensure where applicable. Requires ability to reach above shoulder height. Requires sitting/standing for extensive periods of time. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
