The Webmaster oversees the planning, development, maintenance, and optimization of a website to ensure it meets organizational goals and user needs. This role is responsible for regular cadence of site updates, responds with urgency to time sensitive matters, manages system maintenance, reporting, and supports the roadmap for site enhancements. Job Description: * Website Production, Maintenance and Optimization: ensure all digital experiences are platform agnostic - designed for an optimal patient experience regardless of access point (desktop, mobile, tablet). Oversee the continuous improvement of our website design, content, functionality, and integration with critical systems (CRM, chat, provider directory, etc.) to provide optimal engagement and patient conversion. This includes site accessibility, content updates, emergency messaging and SEO management. * Analytics and Reporting: Provide performance reporting on defined KPIs and identify opportunities for enhancements to drive website and marketing effectiveness. Ensure site up time and a bug free environment. * Standards & Compliance: Possess a strong knowledge of digital marketing industry standards and best practices, ensuring all digital experiences are in compliance with all data privacy policies and healthcare industry regulations. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation. Skills HTML, CSS, Web design, tag management, CRM, Drupal Qualifications * Working knowledge of technical processes and platforms, including web analytics, data visualization, CMS, CRM, and HTML required. * Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. * Strong project management, and verbal & presentation communication skills required. * Team player who collaborates well with colleagues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including off-hours when needed to address critical health system issues or website updates. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
