We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team of Design Consultants in our Phoenix office. This role is pivotal in growing the team from 17 to 24 consultants while maintaining strong performance in a fast-paced, one-call-close sales environment.
*Key Responsibilities* * Lead, coach, and develop a team of 24 Design Consultants, with support from an Assistant Sales Manager. * Conduct weekly sales meetings and assign daily leads based on geography and performance * Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including gross and net close rates, with a target of maintaining a 25%+ close rate. * Participate in regular ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching to improve sales techniques and client engagement. * Maintain availability during key appointment windows (9 AM, 1 PM, 6 PM) and by phone until 10 PM; Saturdays until 4 PM. * Oversee hiring and onboarding of new team members once fully trained. * Foster a positive team culture, recognize top performers, and maintain high morale. *Required Experience* * Proven leadership in home improvement, pool, or renovation sales. * Demonstrated success managing sales teams in a one-call-close environment. * Strong ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable to performance goals. *Skills & Tools* * Sales management & coaching * Customer support & client relations * Project management * Microsoft Office Suite proficiency * CRM and sales support systems *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
