This role plays a critical part in driving customer engagement through personalized, targeted communications that support business goals, product awareness, and brand affinity.

Working in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), the CRM Specialist will manage both ongoing automated journeys and one-off campaign sends, including the Trade Partner Newsletter, new product announcements, and lifecycle communications. The role collaborates closely with the Creative team for content, with the Digital Content Strategist on messaging alignment, and with external partners and agencies as needed. It also serves as a connector between marketing strategy, platform execution, and data integrity-ensuring a seamless, optimized customer experience.

    • Collaborate with the Digital Content Strategist to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and content across all digital touchpoints.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and approvals for targeted communications.
    • Contribute to campaign planning discussions, offering recommendations for CRM strategy, segmentation, and timing.
    • Maintain a CRM campaign calendar aligned with product launches, promotional priorities, and seasonal activations.

  • Platform & Data Management

    • Use Salesforce and SFMC to manage contact lists, audience segmentation, reference centers, and data integrity.
    • Ensure all email efforts adhere to data privacy and deliverability best practices.
    • Partner with Analytics, Martech, and Web teams to ensure tracking tags, campaign data, and lead sources are accurately captured and measurable.
    • Collaborate with IT or data teams to troubleshoot platform issues or support CRM integration across digital channels.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    • Track and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, unsubscribes, etc.) and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
    • Identify and execute A/B tests for subject lines, creative, segmentation, or send times to continuously improve performance.
    • Recommend data-driven improvements to content, segmentation, timing, and frequency based on data-driven insights.
    • Stay up to date on emerging CRM trends and best practices, including AI-powered segmentation and predictive personalization.

  • Agency & Vendor Coordination
