Ski perks (vary based on employment status) may include Deer Valley season pass, free skiing or riding at other Alterra Resorts and select local Utah resorts Friends and family ski discounts, free staff ski lessons and discounted rentals (winter staff only) Subsidized meals at Employee Dining Rooms offered for staff while on shift Subsidized housing options available for seasonal full-time staff Discounts for staff members at restaurants, shops, and service providers in Park City Healthcare options are available for staff members 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Deer Valley Club Ski Valet must ensure guest, owner, and employee satisfaction by fulfilling the Deer Valley Difference. RESPONSIBILITIES: Move ski racks to and from the ski slope at the beginning and end of the day Move skis from lockers to the outside ski racks/ski deck Maintain the ski deck/ramp by shoveling new snow, grading ramp for easy slope access, de-icing the area, and creating snow stairs Monitor texting service, Kipsu, throughout the day to assist members with needs and requests Greet and assist all skiers skiing in by helping them with their skis and putting them away Track, organize, and store all owner and guest skis and poles Assist with all requests regarding rental ski equipment coming and going from local rental shops Assist owners/guests with having their skis tuned with local ski shops Responsible for the overall cleanliness of all ski hospitality locker rooms (5th and 6th floors) Maintain, stock, and clean coffee/espresso and water machines in both locker rooms Post/charge all in house charges, including lift ticket sales, ski tunes, and retail product Transport owners and guests locally via club vehicles Assist with concierge duties, including answering phones, scheduling owner and guest activities, documenting guest interactions and requests, and completing accounting functions Create and distribute itineraries on local activities, events, and restaurant information Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to work in varied winter weather conditions Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record Knowledgeable in all things Deer Valley Resort (Skiing, Sales, Properties, Service, etc.) Experience with MS Office Suite and Deer Valley POS and management systems preferred DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: 11/22/2025 - 4/19/2026 Part Time PAY RATE: $20.00 per hour Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
