Job Summary Our Personal Lines Internship program is committed to providing a learning environment that exposes the intern to both Underwriting and Product insurance operations. Work with a team where hard work pays off and original thinking is celebrated. As you support the Personal Lines Business Team with meaningful projects and other assigned day-to day activities during the coming summer, you will quickly learn that protecting our customer's future is at the heart of what we do. Our Personal Lines Underwriting Team consists of four regions comprised of Region and Market Underwriters, whose primary focus is to establish effective relationships and to drive profitable growth. Our Personal Lines Product Team leverages a range of business, industry, and technical skills to identify current market and product trends. Our Personal Lines Services Team manages policy updates and service requests from our agencies and customers with accuracy and care. The team's focus on responsiveness and consistency builds trust with customers and agents, strengthening relationships and supporting retention. Job Responsibilities
