The Sales Engineering Operations Manager is responsible for providing the operational backbone that enables the Sales Engineering organisation to execute efficiently and scale effectively. This role ensures consistent processes, actionable insights, and well-governed operational change management, while also helping to drive continuous improvement programs, impacting SE as well as its cross-functional partners (Product, Revenue Acceleration, Enablement, Professional Services, as well as Customer Success). The Operations Manager acts as both a process owner and strategic enabler, translating goals into operational frameworks and ensuring that Sales Engineering has the right support and capacity to perform at the highest level. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out the following key responsibilities across the designated focus areas: Operational Frameworks & Governance

Salary Range: $103,000 - $123,000 In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
