What you will do... * In partnership with Demand Planning and Sales, deliver monthly consumption and demand forecasts. * Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives. * Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization. Collaborate with the brand operations team to inform monthly integrated business planning. * Become an expert on the brand and its competitors, continuously monitoring the market landscape and identifying trends and opportunities to guide future plans. * With a keen eye on industry trends and customer insights, you will develop and executive comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our long-term business goals. Your ability to think strategically will be vital in identifying new opportunities and addressing challenges head on. * You will be proficient at inspiring and influencing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives. * Ownership of business results is at the core of this role. You will diligently track key performance indicators, analyze data, and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies. (Must Have) * Bachelor's Degree Required * 2+ years relevant experience in consumer brand management. Note that MBA will count for additional experience * Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic ever-changing working environment * Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have) * MBA strongly preferred * CPG experience strongly preferred * Food/Beverage industry experience a nice plus * Product Commercialization/Stage Gate experience a plus Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $93,800-$134,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
