GALLO is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Director to drive the success of our Malt, RTD, and Total Alcohol Beverage innovation portfolio. This role is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and delivering results. You'll be at the forefront of shaping strategies, building relationships, and ensuring our brands shine in retail and on-premise markets. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing GALLO's annual sales plan for our malt portfolio while delivering revenue and sales contribution goals. You will lead a team of talented Business Development Managers and Market Development Managers, inspiring them through coaching, training, and development to achieve their full potential. Your ability to foster strong partnerships with distributor leadership will drive the execution of pricing plans, programming, and innovative initiatives that maximize our market presence. We are looking for a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who embraces change and leverages technology to make data-driven decisions. You'll monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize resource allocation. Your expertise in negotiation, compliance, and forecasting will ensure seamless operations while maintaining adherence to all laws and regulations.
