FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Exempt Position Summary The Supervisor Ambulatory Infusion Service (AIS) is responsible for the supervision of the AIS Nursing staff and support staff, providing leadership in the implementation and integration of human and material resources necessary to provide quality and efficient patient care for a defined population/unit. The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the staff as they provide patient care on the unit. The position is administrative and clinical which is essential in the coordination of the continuum of care. Work situations are varied and require assessment, critical thinking, problem solving, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision-making. Highly developed positive interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills are of critical importance. Extensive contact with physicians, patients, patient families/significant others, community agencies, MHS patient care staff and management.Requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $112,674.00 - $183,810.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
