What You Will Do: GFT is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our expanding Power Group. This role will be based in Roanoke, VA, Charlotte, NC, or Monroeville, PA with the option for fully remote work for experienced candidates. Discover some of our signature power and energy projects here. What you'll be challenged to do: The Sr. Project Coordinator provides project management support to the Project Management team. Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard project management techniques for projects throughout the project lifecycle. Responsible for mentoring and guiding Project Coordinators. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Track open project resource requests Monitor project schedules Assist with cost proposals and change orders Support project status meetings and compile meeting minutes Communicate relevant updates to team members and stakeholders Prepare project accrual and forecasting reports Utilize project management software for data entry and setup Compile documentation for new and active projects Maintain electronic and hard copy project folders Participate in project audits Maintain internal KPI dashboards and track performance metrics Perform other job-related duties as assigned Education \| Experience: What you'll bring to our firm: 8+ years of relevant experience Associate's degree or high school diploma and equivalent experience Advanced understanding of project management concepts Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in financial math and project management software What we prefer you bring: CAPM certification Experience in the energy industry or consulting services environment Compensation: The salary range for this role is $75,000 -$90,000.
