What to Expect
Tesla offers a robust Parking and Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure. Parking and charging are available 24/7, and we have multiple parking lots across all our Tesla Nevada sites. The Transportation Associate will focus on several areas of our Workplace transportation services. These include parking enforcement and monitoring our Parking lots, shuttle dispatch and monitoring, updating site leadership of delays, along with Electric Vehicle charging operations. The Transportation Associate works closely with the Transportation Program Manager and Transportation Coordinator and is a crucial part of the Workplace Transportation Team. What You'll Do
  • Conduct regular patrols of Tesla sites to identify and address suspicious activity, parking violations, unauthorized parking, vanpool ridership concerns, and congestion issues
  • Make informed decisions within scope and communicate effectively with vendors, site leadership, and employees
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to parking, shuttles, vanpools and electric vehicle charging Enforce Tesla's Parking Policy, maintaining order while educating and balancing enforcement with fairness
  • Collaborate closely with Tesla teams on various requests, projects, and operational needs
  • Accurately document parking violations by issuing citations and completing all necessary paperwork Monitor and inform leadership teams of delays or impacts to site staffing in the event of traffic or shuttle issues

What You'll Bring
