Position Title: Line Worker
Wage: $19.99/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 10:00pm - 7:00am Join our client company in Plover, WI as a 3rd Shift Line Worker! Be part of a fast-paced production team where attention to detail and quality matter. As a Line Worker, you'll help inspect, sort, and prepare food products to meet customer standards, rotating through various positions on the appetizer line. This role offers hands-on experience in a clean, safety-focused environment with opportunities to learn multiple aspects of production. Line Worker Responsibilities: - Estimate weight of product visually - Verify count, look at, handle product, as required by its nature, to determine grade and identify substandard products - Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas; add supplemental product in order to bring original product into specifications - Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues - Rotate through various positions on the Appetizer line - Maintain safe and clean work area - Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards and good manufacturing practices Requirements for Line Worker: - Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 35lbs - Able to work in multiple areas of the plant and work in a cool environment (50-55 degrees) - Excellent vision, distant and peripheral, with the ability to identify and distinguish colors, and adjust focus - Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals - Demonstrate reliability and good work ethic, quality work performance, attention to detail and maintain a good working relationship with all other departments - Quality focused with ability to follow personal and food safety requirements - Outstanding attendance record and team focus to meet and exceed customer expectations wausau@qpsemployment.com IND050 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
