OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Manager to join our Marketing team. The CRM Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for Merrick's CRM sales and marketing database in support of our business development efforts and tracking key sales-related metrics. This role will manage, maintain, and optimize our system ensuring data integrity, supporting cross-functional teams with actionable insights, and driving strategic pursuits through effective data management.

This position requires a proactive, analytical thinker who can independently manage data processes, support users, and lead CRM enhancements that drive business performance.

Typical pay hourly range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

CRM System Optimization

* Lead CRM system customization in collaboration with our ITS team and platform partner.

* Evaluate new CRM releases and enhancements to assess impact on users and business processes.

Data Governance & Integrity

* Maintain database accuracy, including data cleansing and duplicate record management.

* Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure consistency and reliability.

User Support & Training

* Act as the CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and support to users.

* Monitor the CRM support mailbox and respond to inquiries with clear, actionable solutions.

* Prepare and deliver CRM training sessions (in-person and virtual) for users at all levels.

* Update help documentation, training materials, and best practice guides.

Data Management & Reporting

* Analyze and process opportunity change forms, deletion requests, and contact management tasks using independent judgment.

* Administer contact mailing lists, including creation and updates, as well as sending marketing eblasts.

* Generate reports and dashboards to support opportunity management, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Collaborate with Business Development, Doer-Sellers, and Marketing teams to support daily CRM activities.

* Work with stakeholders to identify user needs and enhance the CRM experience.

* Work closely with Business Development, Doer-Sellers, and Marketing teams to understand data needs.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years with CRM experience or working with enterprise information systems

* Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably aec360 or MS Dynamics) and best practices.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelors degree in Information Management, Business, or related.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.
