Job Description

We are seeking a Data Science Manager with deep expertise in Digital Twin technologies to lead client-facing consulting and implementation engagements. This role is pivotal in guiding industrial clients through digital transformation by applying simulation and emulation technologies to solve complex manufacturing and logistics challenges.

In this client-facing role, you will combine technical leadership, consulting acumen, and strategic vision to deliver high-impact solutions that drive operational excellence.

You will report to our Digital Consulting Principal and can work remotely.



Your Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Lead simulation and emulation projects across industries, including manufacturing and logistics
    • Mentor junior consultants and engineers in digital twin delivery and best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (controls, automation, IT) to align simulation efforts with business goals.
  • Consulting
    • Engage with clients to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Lead pre-sales activities including demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical proposals.
    • Develop functional specifications and simulation logic that reflect real-world systems and processes.
  • Technical Execution
    • Communicate digital twin progress, performance outcomes, and key insights to stakeholders through clear, actionable reporting that drives strategic decision-making
    • Develop and validate functional and technical specifications for digital twin solutions, ensuring compliance with quality assurance protocols and industry standards.
    • Working with our team of Architects, Developers, and Engineers, you will design, review, and sell models for emulation of PLC-controlled systems and simulation of material handling processes.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues related to model acceptance, timeline, and requirements.
  • Project Management
    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for simulation/emulation projects.
    • Ensure quality and consistency across all project phases from concept to deployment.


The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 60% of the time.


The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in simulation and emulation projects.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, PLCs, and control logic.
  • Experience delivering simulation and emulation models in industrial environments
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, preferably consulting or professional services
  • Experience in agile project management and technical delivery
  • Experience with Digital Twin technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives
  • Experience with simulation tools and scripting languages (e.g., C#, Python)
  • Knowledge of simulation and emulation core topics
  • Experience in Life Sciences, CPG, or Automotive industries

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $141,600 - $212,400 with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
