This role is located at: 7595 Technology Way Denver, CO 80237 and is considered a hybrid role once the person is fully trained. Come work with us! Under direct supervision, the Credit Assistant will provide support to the credit department by performing the following duties: Keeps record of credit transactions, deposits and payments. Processes payments on accounts. Performs account reconciliation by utilizing accounting reports and customer remittances. Support credit team with new customer application processing. Contact credit bureaus and trade references to complete credit files. Take incoming calls and assist customers with questions/concerns. Email invoices or statements per request. Determine correct tax rate on new job submittals & release new job entries. Set up new customer accounts in ERP system. Notary designation preferred or obtain within 90 days. (BFS pays for training and testing) Any other duties to aid and support the Credit Team. Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. #LI-MW1 Successful, innovative, and fulfilling careers are built here, and your professional development is a high priority.
