TITLE: Manager Graphics Features Software DUTIES: Responsible for graphics/HMI SW portion on the different vehicles projects. Leads, guides, and directs a group of technical SW employees responsible for Cluster & Head Up Display Graphics/HMI deliverables in support of the organization's business objectives. Manage a cross-functional team to collectively deliver all aspects of the Infotainment & cluster graphics SW platform on current and future vehicles. Architect and develop graphics layer applications. Coordinate SW development activities with Onsite & Offshore development team. Coordinate and participate in architecture, requirements, design, code, and test case reviews. Work closely with HMI and PDO team to develop/iterate the best graphical layer. Work closely with Suppliers to troubleshoot defects, propose solutions, safety analysis interface and design. Work closely with component teams to quickly resolve issues, test on vehicles as needed. Ensure the delivery of features in scope, time and quality. Perform technical coordination, problem triage and solution. Familiar with issue tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.) Proven leadership skills managing teams directly or indirectly. Ability to effectively manage time between multiple projects and prioritize. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related and 15 years of experience in job offered or related position in Embedded Systems. Experience must include: lead implementation and integration of the instrument panel cluster and HUD HMI development; working within an Agile or Scrum software and using SBM tools, including GitHub and Jira; experience with Graphics software development tools including Altia, Photoshop and Adobe After Effect; experience in developing C, CAPL Script and using Hardware platforms including Renesas Controllers and Freescale Controllers; experience with issue tracking tools, including Jira; experience with Automotive Product Development Processes, including ASPICE and V-model.
