Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the company hires top talent and oversees the recruitment process. This position will supervisor a team of recruiters, enhance recruitment processes and strategies, and create a positive candidate experience.

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and professional development.
  2. Understand recruitment best practices and implement new processes if needed.
  3. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment support
  4. Ensure a consistent interview process is in place and followed.
  5. Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  6. Promote the organization as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
  7. Guarantee all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Oversee all data within then the HRIS system.
  9. Provide reports on recruitment metrics and performance when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field. In lieu of degree, 5 years of related experience required.
  • 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and full life cycle recruitment required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills preferred
  • Detail-oriented Preferred
  • MS Office Suite experience required
  • Applicant tracking systems experience required
  • Ability to multi-task projects with limited direction required

Shift: Weekday Days, Monday-Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

  • Hiring Wage: $78,000.00 - $114,400 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
