Schedule:
Four days per week on-site at Main Hospital; one day will be allotted to work remotely.

A Brief Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the education programs in Radiology. The manager will report directly to and work in close collaboration with the Director of Radiology Education and Research. Will supervise staff. This position requires expertise and experience to operationalize, mentor, and guide team members who support various education programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective execution and continuous improvement of the department's educational initiatives. Ability to perform all education program coordination activities and additional oversight responsibilities as required.

What you will do

  • Provide support to the Vice Chair of Education and the Program Directors for the Clinical Fellowship, Residency, and Observership programs
  • Manage the Observership Program operations and implement clear guidelines
  • Provide oversight and support to the various education program coordinators (ex. Clinical Fellowship, Residency, Visiting Professorship programs, etc.) and learning management tools in the department
  • Supervision, training, support, and management of Education staff
  • Serve as the central resource for organizing and consolidating information on all education related projects within the department
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and administrative guidelines for each education program - update as needed
  • Oversee and maintain the department's education website, ensuring content is current and engaging
  • Coordinate the training and onboarding of new education staff and trainees to include RADIAL, RADHawk and Argus education platforms
  • Working with the various education program coordinators, manage reimbursement processes and ensure timely resolution of financial matters
  • Lead efforts to streamline and enhance conference room setup for educational lectures and events
  • Collaborate with Directors and Communications Manager to write and promote program features for newsletters, social media, and internal communications, increasing visibility of the department's educational impact
  • Design and manage a dashboard to track program performance metrics, trainee engagement, and program budgets
  • Organize annual Education Forum to showcase the various education related projects happening across the department in clinical, research, outreach, etc.
  • Provide back-up support across all education programs and team members
  • Support select initiatives and administrative activities within research as needed
  • Provide project based support to other areas as needed

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Education, Public Health, or relevant field - Required
  • Master's Degree Education, Public Health, or relevant field - Preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years of relevant program/project management experience - Required
  • At least seven (7) years of relevant program/project management experience - Preferred
  • At least one (1) year of leadership, management or supervisory experience - Required
  • At least three (3) years of leadership, management or supervisory experience in an academic environment - Preferred
  • At least three (3) years of administration or management experience, including budget administration, financial planning, and grants management - Preferred

$74,250.00 - $94,660.00 Annually

Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
