Senior Design Tool Development Engineer

This role is a key driver in our North American Engineering team's mission to automate and optimize design workflows using PTC Creo. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help harmonize design standards across multiple manufacturing sites. Your work will directly support our commitment to engineering excellence and sustainability.

• Develop and maintain parametric 3D models and drawings in PTC Creo
• Automate design workflows using Creo tools like Pro/PROGRAM, relations, and notebooks
• Deliver updates, patches, and enhancements in response to engineering team needs
• Collaborate globally to align tools with platform standards and best practices
• Perform FEA simulations and integrate analytical models into design tools
• Lead usability and performance improvements across sites
• Provide training, documentation, and support for engineering teams
• Support the rollout of Windchill PLM tools
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in power transformers
• Advanced proficiency in PTC Creo
• Strong understanding of DFMA principles and transformer manufacturing processes
• Experience with FEA tools like ANSYS or Creo Simulate
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based
