GENERAL SUMMARY:

DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Coordinator - Service Line Marketing provides support of all marketing related functions within the service line marketing team. The marketing coordinator should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand message across all service line marketing activities. The marketing coordinator will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, be organized and have strong attention to detail. This role reports to the Marketing Manager - Service Line Marketing.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support strategic marketing initiatives and activities for all marketing leads in the service line marketing team.
  • Assist the marketing leads and director by coordinating and organizing projects, content, media initiatives, schedules and budgets.
  • Execute integrated multi-channel marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Organize and streamline marketing collateral.
  • Schedule and organize video shoots, photo shoots and collateral projects to support the service line leads.
  • Manage contractors and other promotional vendors.
  • Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for key stakeholders and management.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for key stakeholder meetings.
  • Support marketing team members with other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, health care management or a related field, required.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications or operations, required.
  • Health care experience preferred.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and be guided by a compelling client/customer orientation.
  • Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Data, analytics and metrics oriented.
  • Manages numerous accounts and complex issues with an orientation toward both creativity and details. Works extremely well with key customers.
  • Experience using: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 2010.
  • Solid writing skills, and the ability to direct, edit and evaluate writing, design and production of promotional tools and materials, progressive knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
