Peraton is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics, Lead Associate with supplier performace experience to support supplier oversight, performance analytics, and continuous improvement activities for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In this role, you will monitor supplier delivery, quality, and compliance metrics, ensuring each partner meets FAA standards and contract requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in supplier performance management, supplier quality, and data analytics, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights that drive program success.

In this position, you will:

    Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics including quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
  • Maintain and enhance supplier performance scorecards, ensuring consistent tracking of KPIs.
  • Support root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action (CAPA) processes to address underperforming suppliers.
  • Collaborate with procurement, quality, and program management teams to evaluate supplier performance trends.
  • Analyze on-time delivery (OTD), defect rates, and non-conformance data to improve supply reliability.
  • Generate and present supplier performance dashboards and reports for leadership and FAA review.
  • Assist with supplier risk assessments and mitigation planning for high-impact suppliers.
  • Support performance review meetings, audits, and supplier business reviews.
  • Ensure all performance tracking adheres to FAA AMS, FAR/DFARS, and internal quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including data automation and supplier engagement strategies.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship Required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or Masters Degree and 3 years' experience or Associates Degree and 7 years' experience or a High School Diploma and 9 years of experience.
  • Experience in supplier quality, procurement support, or supply chain analytics.
  • Stong understanding of supplier performance metrics, quality processes, and delivery management.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) and familiarity with database management.
  • Strong understanding of FAR/FAA AMS compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Familiarity with cost modeling, spend analysis, and supplier risk assessments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to FAA programs or NAS systems.
  • Experience supporting FAA or federal government supply chain operations.

  • Professional certifications such as ASQ CQIA (Certified Quality Improvement Associate), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, or SAP).

  • Background in predictive analytics, supplier quality audits, or data automation workflows.

  • Experience developing dashboards or performance visualization tools for leadership review.

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
