Your responsibilities Job Summary Responsible for the reliable operation of the organization's buildings, facilities, machinery and equipment, including delivering secretarial, administrative and related support services to the organization; managing reception, greeting guests/visitors, issuing security passes, receiving and relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources; providing office mailroom support; coordinates building access for outside vendors relating to scheduled maintenance activities. Other duties include vehicle pickup delivery of executive personnel and/or mail to other local organizational facilities. Job Description Key Accountabilities Receives work order requests for facilities maintenance from employees, customers, or other visitors. Verification and processing of payroll utilizing tkTracker Working with truck drivers assisting with vacation, hours, and benefits Quality control in regards to OSHA safety standards Creating tracking and maintaining disciplinary records Coordinates building access for outside vendors Organizes and delivers mail to appropriate personnel; distributes FedEx, UPS packages (or other shipping vendors) to appropriate personnel on or off site as needed Assists with administrative duties for front desk as needed The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job. Qualifications Minimum Requirements High school graduate or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to meet deadlines. Attentiveness.
