About the Opportunity:

At Machinify, we're constantly reimagining what's possible in our industry-creating disruptively simple, powerfully clear ways to maximize our clients' financial outcomes today and drive down healthcare costs tomorrow. As part of the Marketing team, you will execute the company's content strategy to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Key responsibilities include managing editorial calendars and ensuring content is optimized for SEO and various platforms. They also analyze performance metrics, manage content budgets, and align all content with overall business goals.

What you'll do:



  • Create high-quality content across various formats, such as blogs, articles, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Support an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent publication of content.
  • Conduct SEO research and use findings to optimize content for maximum visibility. Track and analyze content performance metrics to inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers, and collaborate with other departments (like sales and product marketing) to ensure content meets the needs of stakeholders and the audience.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and voice.
  • Set realistic goals and develop a reporting plan for key performance metrics (e.g. engagement, reach, sentiment, etc.) to continuously improve and optimize content strategy.
  • Prepare content marketing reports that demonstrate how we are performing against our goals.
  • Manage and deliver our externally facing newsletter, adjusting its content to reflect industry trends and performance.
  • Stayup to datewith industry trends and best practices to continually evolve and innovate the company's content tactics/formats.
  • Ensure all content adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

What experience you bring (Role Requirements)



  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (like WordPress), SEO tools, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to blend creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to develop and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.

Pay range:100,000 - $120,000

This is an exempt position. The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
