SUMMARY:
This position uniquely emphasizes direct-to-consumer (DTC) analytics, including KPIs like traffic, conversion, and sell-through across physical and digital channels. It involves program post-mortems, forecasting for launches and pricing, and consumer segmentation. The role also involves hands-on experience with tools like SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics, and includes responsibilities for data governance and cross-team KPI standardization.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Develops Business Intelligence (BI), Data Warehousing, Dashboards, and Reporting solutions to address growing business reporting, analytics and data requirements.
  • Act as a functional / domain expert to develop reports and analysis that translates complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Proactively identify business needs and provide solutions through executive level storytelling and materials.
  • Develop executive level content for business review presentations, including PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) on previous activities as well as forward-looking recommendations.
  • Develops robust forecasting models and standardizes key performance metrics to ensure consistent reporting thats provide solutions in support of business needs.
  • Manage and analyze data to uncover trends and insights that inform strategies.
  • Drives vision and requirements for new automated report solutions to meet long-term stakeholder data needs, as well as maintaining existing suite of automated reports.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • Five (5) plus years of experience in a Business or BI Analyst role developing dashboards, analysis, reporting, data warehousing solutions.
  • Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, relational databases, data warehousing, automation.
  • Ability to work with extremely large datasets.
  • Experience in working with Data visualization tools such as Tableau, building interactive reports, complex dashboards for different audiences, creating calculated KPIs or metrics by writing complex formulas.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical work into meaningful insights and recommendations for business stakeholders preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in how to extract, clean and manipulate data from multiple systems into reporting objects for analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines in a high paced environment.
  • Experience with subscription services is a plus.
  • Strong Experience in user interface design and data visualization front-end architecture and implementation experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or other related quantitative field.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $105,300 - $168,500 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
