Executive Service IT MANAGER SENIOR Finance and Administration Strategic Technology Solutions Nashville, TN Monthly Salary: $8,620.00 - $11,187.00 Yearly Salary: $103,440.00 - $134,244.00 Closing Date: 11/10/2025This position is designed as Hybrid CJIS fingerprints and name based background checks Who we are and what we do: The Department of Finance and Administration is currently seeking experienced candidates for the IT Manager Sr position supporting the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH). The IT Manager Sr. position will oversee business analysis functions and lead a team of business analysts that support the TDH's mission to protect, promote, and improve the health and prosperity of Tennessee residents. The IT Manager Sr will implement best practices that ensure efficient management and execution of IT projects/solutions, promote stakeholder collaboration, and encourage professional growth to align solutions with TDH expectations. As a member of the Business Solutions Management team, this position will work closely with various levels of leadership and require situational awareness to effectively communicate with project teams. Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university or an associate degree and several years of professional level experience in managing business analysis of medium to large projects (Enterprise), preferably in healthcare or information systems-oriented environments. Included in the six years of experience should be at least one year of current experience independently leading Business Analysts from the beginning of the project to completion. The ideal candidate would have the following in addition to the minimum qualifications:
