Prolec is an electric industry leader in the Americas with nine manufacturing facilities strategically located in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil and an installed product base in more than 35 countries. Our Waukesha, WI facility is seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Coordinator to lead the development, implementation, training, and ongoing support of our Quality Management System. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our facility remains compliant with ISO 9001 standards and consistently delivers high-quality products to our customers. What You'll Do As the QMS Coordinator, you will be the champion of our quality systems, working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. Key responsibilities include: Quality System Leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve and strengthen the QMS to drive accuracy, compliance, and continual improvement.
- Coordinate and perform internal audits to maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
- Facilitate registrar and customer audits, ensuring readiness and smooth execution.
- Review transformer and customer specifications and communicate key requirements to manufacturing and quality teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with key customers, registrars, and internal departments.
- Foster engagement and alignment across all levels of the organization to drive quality initiatives.
Training & Communication
- Develop, deploy, and maintain QMS-related training programs for all levels of the organization.
- Provide education on certification requirements, procedures, work instructions, and critical-to-quality concepts.
Data, Reporting & Systems
- Administer and maintain QMS-related software and documentation systems.
- Prepare and analyze monthly KPI dashboards for management review.
- Compile materials and support the execution of periodic Quality Management Review meetings.
- Initiate, monitor, and report on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Education & Experience Required:
- Associate degree
- 2 - 5 years of quality assurance experience
Preferred:
- Experience working with QMS programs
- ISO 9001 internal auditor certification or QA professional certification
