Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Reports To: Deputy Director of Fleet Maintenance & Service Operations

Job Type: Full-Time / On-site

Location: Winter Garden, FL


Position Overview:

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for driving excellence in employee development, system integrity, and operational performance across Service and Fleet functions. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Auditor, and Project Lead, ensuring that training programs are impactful, processes are optimized, and performance metrics are met. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership, instructional design, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Training & Development

    • Identify training needs and recommend impactful solutions.
    • Design and deliver engaging training materials for Service and Fleet processes.
    • Train new and current employees on:

      • Work Order, Transfer Order, Purchasing, Equipment Records, Reporting, and Invoicing Processes
      • Excel-based reporting and analysis


    • Coach, motivate, and evaluate Trainee performance.
    • Address performance issues proactively and foster a culture of continuous learning.
    • Lead new client training initiatives and set up from needs analysis through service.


  • Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution

    • Research and resolve operational system issues caused by user errors.
    • Audit compliance with SOPs and prepare performance reports.
    • Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive results and continuous improvement.
    • Communicate updates and ensure teams are informed of changes, policies, and new programs.
    • Uphold confidentiality and promote teamwork.


  • Project Leadership

    • Serve as business lead for Service and Fleet-related projects and small requests
    • Oversee creation and correction of Fleet Maintenance related issues in JDE.
    • Partner cross-functionally to support process improvements and performance initiatives.





Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in training, performance management, and operational issue resolution not required but preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Excel, preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
