Description This team is currently use e2open as their supply chain platform They are switching platforms and moving to o9 due to scalability They are looking for Technical Business Analyst to come in and help with this platform change and Go-Live Go-Live is set for May-June of 2026 - they will get them ready for the go-live but also help with the implementation and support after They will be partnering with business/process partners (sales and services) and o9 folks (external - platform) Skills Business analysis, Requirements gathering, technical documentation Top Skills Details Business analysis,Requirements gathering,technical documentation Additional Skills & Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams. Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions. Conduct gap analyses and propose process improvements or system enhancements. Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Develop and maintain documentation such as process flows, data mappings, and user guides. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training activities. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
