This dynamic role is responsible for optimizing overall OE Facility performance-both financially and operationally-by assisting in the management of daily operations, driving sales, controlling expenses, and ensuring profitability.

 What You'll Do: 
     
 Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations within the OE tire facilityCoordinate workflow and ensure timely, accurate production of tire assemblies to meet customer and OEM requirementsSupervise and support technicians and warehouse personnel to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standardsMonitor production schedules and order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery of productsAssist with inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and tracking of tires, wheels, and related componentsMaintain accurate documentation of production activities, inventory records, and shipping/receiving transactionsHelp implement and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standardsProvide hands-on support in troubleshooting production or logistical issues as they ariseCommunicate regularly with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepanciesContribute to cost control and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximizing efficiency and profitabilityAdditional tasks as assigned by manager
 
 What You Need: 
     
 Solid understanding of OE tire production operations and related processesStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing prioritiesKnowledge of Microsoft Office and MaddenCo PreferredCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting company standards
