Position Summary Aeon is seeking a detailed-orientated, people-centered professional to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager! This full-time position will divide time between Buri Manor (approximately 20 hours per week) and Aeon's downtown Minneapolis portfolio (approximately 20 hours per week). In collaboration with the Property Manager, this role supports all aspects of property operations - including leasing, renewals, rent collection, financial reporting, compliance, vendor coordination, and resident relations. A significant portion of this role will focus on affordable housing application processing and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in partnership with Aeon's Compliance team. The Assistant Property Manager plays a vital role in maintaining community standards, supporting residents, and achieving operational goals. This position reports directly to the Property Manager.  Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate is highly organized, compliance-minded, and passionate about working in and with the communities that Aeon serves. In addition, the Assistant Property Manager will have the following skills: 
 Compensation, Hours & Location The pay range for this position is $24-$25/hr depending on experience and skillset. This full-time position follows a Monday - Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role, including occasional adjustments for resident events, community activities, meetings, or other property-related responsibilities. This is an in-person role based at the property, with occasional work at Aeon's Central Office, training facilities, or other properties as needed.
