Associate Mortgage Loan Officer

Originates mortgage loans from Realtors, builders, existing and potential customers. Partners with an experienced Peoples Bank Mortgage Loan Officer to guide growth and development, and drive increased loan production. Requires a strong background in originating secondary market quality mortgage loans or other lending experience.

Required Education / Knowledge: * High school graduate or equivalent * General knowledge of retail and consumer banking * General knowledge in areas of mortgage lending and credit Required Experience * Experience in originating secondary market quality loans * Prior retail or business lending experience Required Skills * Strong human relations skills * Effective communications skills * PC and technology skills * Analytical skills
