What we expect Who we are looking forWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SAP Business Analyst to join our NAFTA SAP team. This role is critical for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our SAP systems across manufacturing, distribution, purchasing, and security. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP roles and authorizations, user setup, troubleshooting, and compliance within a regulated environment (e.g., SOX). This individual will act as a key liaison between IT, business users, and global teams to ensure seamless system functionality and security compliance. Key Responsibilities: SAP Functional Support - Manufacturing & Distribution 
  Support manufacturing with:Cycle Count issues, production order troubleshooting, and document creation with separation of duties in mind.Goods movements and batch classification (e.g., new values).RF Handheld Scanner support (testing, spec writing, programming guidance).Printing setup and issues (e.g., MN22, output conditions). Production credit programs support.Distribution Center (DC) support for:EDI backups, shipping errors, label issues, and inventory in transit.Delivery creation and expedition with cross-functional coordination.Confirmation control keys and delivery troubleshooting. Production Planning Process and Purchasing Support 
  Provide MRP and planning expertise, including configuration knowledge and calendar maintenance.Support purchasing processes:Scheduling Agreements, Source Lists, PIRs, and Quota Arrangements.PO printer setup and issues (e.g., via NACE).Maintain long-term vendor agreements (e.g., two-year deals).SAP Configuration & Master DataSet up and maintain Work Centers, condition records, classifications, and output controls.Conduct ATP and APO checks, including T441V table verification.Participate in OLQ workflows and PPOME updates. SAP Security & User Management 
  Handle user setup, password resets, reactivations, and unlocks in a timely manner across multiple regions (e.g., Asia, Mexico), prioritizing time-sensitive access issues.Manage security tickets and ensure proper role assignments based on job functions; avoid generic or improper role assignments.Validate and enforce segregation of duties (SoD) using security tools.Process multiple logon requests, managing limited availability by removing inactive users and coordinating system restarts as needed.Support OLQ Security requests; act as the primary NAFTA contact outside of the global owner.Understand and advise on EMEA vs. NAFTA role constraints, especially where US SOX compliance differs.Conduct and support periodic role and access reviews in coordination with NAFTA Security Officers and Compliance. SAP Technical & Workflow Support 
  Monitor and coordinate batch jobs (e.g., MRP runs).Collaborate with external teams for setup or modifications.Investigate and resolve failed jobs (e.g., IBP pricing). Testing, Documentation & Support 
  Support various global projects with documentation of testing results.Act as a One Point Lesson (OPL) contact for knowledge sharing and documentation.Required: 
  3-5+ years of SAP Business Analyst experience (with focus on Manufacturing, Distribution and/or Security).Strong knowledge of SAP role design and access controls, especially within SOX-regulated environments.Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.Familiarity with SAP modules including MM, PP, WM, SD, and APO.Ability to troubleshoot issues across manufacturing, distribution, planning, and purchasing.Independent thinker capable of standing up to improper requests or access violations. Preferred: 
  Prior experience in a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, medical).Exposure to SAP security tools for SoD analysis.Familiarity with RF Handheld equipment and SAP printing setup.Strong communication and cross-regional coordination skills (NAFTA, EMEA, APAC). Key Attributes:
