Pay Rate: $22.21 - $28.13 per hour

About the Role

As an IT Service Desk Technician, you'll be the first line of defense for end-user support-resolving technical issues, managing hardware setups, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for troubleshooting, and love helping others overcome tech challenges, this role was made for you.

What You'll Do Daily



  • Serve as the first point of contact for all user support needs, including computer hardware, software, and telecommunication issues.
  • Answer and triage incoming requests via phone, email, chat, and the customer portal.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices to quickly resolve technical problems.
  • Utilize available resources to provide first-call resolution or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Document, track, and monitor all incidents to ensure timely resolution and communication with end-users.
  • Maintain strong customer service standards and ensure progress updates are shared with users.
  • Identify and report recurring technical trends that require deeper problem or change management.
  • Manage hardware imaging, maintenance, and deployment through Depot Services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support IT initiatives and contribute to overall system efficiency.

What You'll Bring to the Table



  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience providing IT or technical support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) and general desktop support tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in fast-paced situations.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a professional appearance in a business casual environment.



Work Environment

You'll work in a professional office environment with occasional exposure to a manufacturing setting. Standard office equipment-computers, phones, and printers-will be part of your daily routine, with occasional travel to other company locations as needed.
