Staffmark is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for a direct-hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, supporting inventory control procedures, and ensuring operational efficiency in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Pay: $20-$24/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (flexible for peak season overtime)

Responsibilities:



  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, reporting, and ERP updates
  • Support inventory control procedures and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Troubleshoot workflow or inventory issues and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Communicate effectively across teams to support goals and priorities
  • Assist with training, development, and performance management of team members



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience managing inventory in a high-volume warehouse or operational environment
  • ERP experience (Epicor, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities including walking, bending, and standing
  • Lean methodology, PIT, or HACCP certifications preferred
  • Willingness to travel between local sites as needed
