This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep experience with Cvent and Salesforce, and understands the intricacies of backend integrations, APIs, and cross-platform reporting. Top Skills Details 1. 4+ years of Cvent technical platform management REQUIRED Additional Skills & Qualifications Key Responsibilities * Cvent Platform Management: Build and manage event registration sites, email campaigns, and attendee experiences using HTML/CSS within Cvent. * Systems Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Cvent, Salesforce, and other platforms using APIs and middleware tools. * Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage reports across multiple platforms to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. * Technical Strategy: Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to optimize event tech stack and ensure data integrity across systems. * Project Management: Lead and support event tech projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. * Backend Expertise: Understand and troubleshoot backend configurations, data flows, and system dependencies. Qualifications * 4+ years of experience in event technology or marketing operations * Advanced proficiency in Cvent, including custom coding with HTML/CSS * Experience with Salesforce and CRM integrations * Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and automation workflows * Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or native platform reporting) * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
