Talogy is a Human Resources consulting firm specializing in talent strategy, employee selection, and developmental assessment. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to take responsibility for being onsite, administering, and proctoring a variety of assessments. This position is for a large, manufacturing client around the Liberty, NC area (approximately 25 minutes southeast of Greensboro, NC). This is a full-time temporary position that ends on approximately 3/31/2026.

People in the Assessment Administrator role will serve a critical function, helping to drive the delivery of our services and ensure the highest levels of customer service. Assessment Administrators must ensure safe, consistent test environments for all participants and facilitate testing sessions by the book.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

  • Consistently reads orientation, assessment, and closing scripts to group of participants according to standardized procedures.
  • Conduct role-play, computer-based, paper/pencil, and hands-on assessments with participants.
  • Track, enter, and confirm test-taker data using client systems.
  • Help test-takers understand what is expected of them.
  • Set up rooms in preparation for assessment sessions.
  • Make adjustments in case you need to change rooms or conduct different assessments than previously scheduled.
  • Identifies and addresses candidate unsafe behavior or misuse of test equipment.
  • Troubleshoots basic level computer equipment and works with remote helpdesk to troubleshoot higher level issues, as needed.
  • Must be willing to stand for extended periods of time and wear personal protective equipment (bump cap, safety glasses, gloves, face mask, etc.) in accordance with facility/area policy.
  • Log assessment activity or issues and report accordingly.
  • Maintain physical documentation and conduct basic data entry.
  • Gain rudimentary understanding of the processes surrounding assessment participants.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable work environment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both the client as well as the participants.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Fulfill all duties with the highest degree of integrity.



Requirements

  • Ability to diligently monitor participants.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience administering assessments in either education or employment
  • Experience in Human Resources
