As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Driver in Eagle Pass, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent retail location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the premises to help deter security-related incidents. This role requires both armed and driving responsibilities, as you respond promptly to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be instrumental in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and employees, while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while demonstrating professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within the retail environment to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed in accordance with established protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in thorough and accurate written reports.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter disruptive behavior and provide assistance to staff and visitors as needed.
• Follow all Allied Universal procedures and guidelines related to security-related operations in a retail setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A minimum of one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III armed certification is required for Texas roles.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
