As a Patrol Armed professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond promptly to incidents, and interact with customers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service. This is an armed post, requiring you to carry out your responsibilities with professionalism and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the premises to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or unauthorized access.
• Communicate and collaborate with retail staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and maintain a visible presence.
• Document and report any incidents or suspicious activities according to site and Allied Universal protocols.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to potential security-related emergencies in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess an Armed Guard Card or Armed Guard License.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
