       Program Assistant performs a variety of administrative, programmatic, and operational functions to ensure the efficient functioning of the Dartmouth-American University of Kuwait (D-
       AUK) Program. This position supports student and faculty exchanges, financial transactions, communications, and general office operations. |

 General office, administrative, or financial experience.Demonstrated ability to manage logistical and administrative details for multiple tasks and projects.Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan work, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated good judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and web-based applications.Customer service orientation with the ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies.Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key events include the Annual Study Away Fair (October-November), the Annual Internship Fair (January), and Student Information Sessions (January).Updates the D-AUK program website.Sets up/activates the internship application in Via TRM
Maintains and manages organized and accurate records and files.

 Assists with the outbound student application, selection, and notification process for the undergraduate internship and exchange programs.Compiles and distributes application materials to selection committees (using Terra Dotta for exchange and Via TRM for internships).Schedules applicant interviews; reserves rooms/sets up Zoom meetings for interviews.Processes stipends for outbound students.

     | Description | Planning & Execution of Inbound Summer Programming - 
       
 Provides administrative and logistical support for AUK summer interns, exchange students, and Faculty Fellow.Performs tasks associated with inbound exchanges: liaises with OVIS for J-1 visa processing, with internship supervisors for position descriptions, with Conferences and Events and the Dartmouth Real Estate Office for lodging and dining arrangements for interns and Faculty Fellow, with the student billing office and Guarini Institute for exchange student support and billing, and with the Finance Center for payment requests.Assists with planning, logistics, and execution of summer excursions and activities and events for visiting students and faculty.
