Here's what you'd do:

  • To define and deliver Testing and Commissioning procedures, tools, and facilities in accordance with customer acceptance criteria.
  • Performance measurement:
    1. S - Test procedures are safe.
    2. Q - % rework of test procedures.
    3. C - Respect for the allocated budget.
    4. D - Testing procedure and tools on time delivery.
  • Clear and Exhaustive understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria.
  • Manage the development and supply of test procedures, facilities, and tools for RS sites and depots
  • Ensure that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle
  • Define the Standard Operating Procedures with reference to time and monitor deviations
  • Continuously optimizing SOPs.
  • Implement REX (Return of Experience) from the Test & Commissioning phase of the project.
  • Ensure an Interface and perfect working relationship with the engineering project team, Site Industrial, Warranty Implementation team, Site Logistics, and Industrial Support to Warranty teams, Quality, and Site Validation team.
  • Support the T&C Operations team for the implementation and execution of the Testing Procedures.
  • Implement and deploy methods, tools, and best practices pointed out at the group level.
  • Ensures T&C procedures comply with EHS Policy and Site EHS Management System
  • Participates in EHS activities on the shop floor.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $100,000k annually.

Hours: 5 x 8.

Length: Temp to perm (6-12 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in testing and commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within the process industry, railways, or factory automation.
  • Fluent in the English language.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Scholarship dedicated to the Railway industry.
  • Good knowledge of IT tools and smart devices.
  • Be familiar with high-risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements.
  • Have a good technical level in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and network domains.
  • Understanding of the Lean approach for Industrialization.
  • Result-driven mindset.
  • Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (product engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial functions).
  • Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in a complex environment.
  • Ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Team spirit approach and good communication skills.
