Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Facilities, you'll oversee all aspects of hospital security operations, from managing contracted services to ensuring a safe, compliant, and responsive environment across our campuses. What You'll Do: Lead and supervise all security functions and personnel Oversee incident response, investigations, and policy enforcement Manage surveillance systems and conduct safety/fire drills Ensure fire safety compliance, including monthly extinguisher checks What You Bring: Bachelor's in Criminal Justice or related field (required) 3+ years of supervisory experience (healthcare setting preferred) Valid MA driver's license Strong communication, customer service, and confidentiality skills Help us create a safer tomorrow at Emerson Health.
