Global Furniture Group has an immediate career opportunity for Territory Manager, Office To Go (OTG) brand in the Marlton, NJ Area. This candidate will focus on increasing awareness and interest among dealers, designers, and end-users of the Offices To Go brand, products, and capabilities. The successful candidate will develop dealer partnerships, expand market presence and drive sales growth within their assigned territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and select dealer targets willing and capable of growing Offices To Go sales.
  • Identify and involve Global in projects that fit Offices To Go projects that align with product offerings, services, and capabilities.
  • Ensure appropriate market coverage by assessing existing dealers' capacity to grow and identifying and developing new dealer candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, designers, and end-users to increase brand awareness and sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits, sales calls, product presentations, and training sessions.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales and growth objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customers' needs to identify opportunities and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and operations, to support dealer success and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and account updates.
  • Represent Global at industry events, trade shows, and presentations as needed.
  • Frequent travel in the field more than 50% meeting with clients in-person and representing Global at relevant events within the assigned geographic territory, which may involve driving long distances daily.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, experience, or military service will be considered.
  • 3-5 years' experience in business development, commercial real estate, contract furniture, or related sales.
  • Proven success in identifying business opportunities and developing relations with key decision-makers.
  • Proven selling skills, including strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling, as well as negotiation and relationship management.
  • Capable of managing a dynamic schedule and responding to shifting client needs.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual presentation platforms (TEAMs, Zoom).
  • Valid Driver's License.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The role is a mix of office, remote, showroom, and client-facing settings. Frequent travel within the assigned territory is required, with exposure to varying customer environments such as offices, showrooms, event places as well as occasional outside weather conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, team members are regularly required to frequently travel within the assigned territory - more than 50% of time spent in the field including driving to client meetings or events. This role may occasionally require lifting or transporting product samples or materials up to 50 lbs. (e.g., product samples, display materials). Must be able to sit, stand, and move throughout showrooms, client spaces and event locations.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Actual base pay offered will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Global, an individual may not be hired at the high end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each potion and candidate. (If a bonus or commissions see below for additional sentence).

BONUS/COMMISSIONS

This position is also eligible for performance-based commissions based on sales volume in assigned region.
