| We are looking for a Hardware Team Manager to join our US Product Development team. Our team is responsible for developing next generation 5G network radios for our global customer base. As the leader of the Dallas DPD or PA Hardware team, this role encompasses comprehensive team management responsibilities, focusing on both personal and professional development. The position involves supporting, coaching, and growing team members while ensuring their wellbeing and career advancement. The leader must effectively translate company strategies into actionable team objectives while fostering a collaborative culture that prioritizes overall product success. Key responsibilities include empowering team members, leading by example through Nokia's values, and developing diverse expertise within the team to create world-class products. The role also requires continuous leadership development and managing laboratory workspaces and hardware ownership.
