| Description Position Summary: The Career Navigator (Flex/Non-AD) provides services for students in our Financial Industry Training, including individual career counseling and coaching, job placement, retention. This role will also provide employment readiness training, case management, documentation of student progress, and work with the team on recruitment and student enrollment. This role will work with internal and external stakeholders including employers in the financial services industry to ensure that positive relationships are maintained resulting in optimal employment outcomes for individuals served.
