We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team. We are continuing to expand our agent portfolio to deliver proactive and growth-oriented outcomes, and this level of business transformation requires product leaders that can drive change, that can embrace new technology, adapt to new patters, and truly push the boundaries of the status quo. ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the product vision and strategy for AI agents that empower sales teams in prospecting, deal management, customer success, and account management.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and sales stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI solutions.Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, features, and enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives.Define, monitor, and analyze AI evaluation metrics to ensure product effectiveness and continuous improvement.Lead the development of AI prototypes, leveraging code generation tools and frameworks to rapidly iterate and validate concepts.Gather and synthesize user feedback, market research, and industry trends to inform product decisions.Ensure compliance with Microsoft's responsible AI principles and best practices throughout the product lifecycle. | |
