Summary:

The Vice President of Marketing (VP Marketing) is a strategic and hands-on marketing leader responsible for shaping Sensiba LLP's Brand, Demand Generation engine, and Go-To-Market strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awarness. This role will lead the evolution of Sensiba's marketing organization into a high-performing, insight-driven team that elevates the firm's position as a top-75 U.S firm and trusted professional services leader recognized for quality, innovation, and a client-centric approach.

The VP will develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns brand, demand generation, creative, customer, product, and partner marketing supported by modern marketing operations and analytics. This leader will also advance Sensiba's marketing technology stack, applying AI-driven tools and data insights to improve efficiency, scalability, and measurable business impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and evolve a holistic marketing strategy aligned with Sensiba's business objectives, growth plans, and brand vision.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to build on the firm's strong reputation as a trusted and innovative leader in professional services.
    • Define and measure marketing's contribution to revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Brand & Communications
    • Strengthen Sensiba's brand identity and voice across all channels and markets.
    • Lead brand storytelling, thought leadership, and reputation management strategies.
    • Oversee internal & external communications, media relations, and brand consistency across geographies and business lines.
  • Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
    • Build a scalable demand generation and ABM strategy to drive qualified pipeline growth across key service lines and verticals.
    • Integrate data-driven insights and marketing automation to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
    • Partner with Sales and Practice Leaders to align marketing programs with business development priorities.
  • Customer, Product, and Partner Marketing
    • Develop programs that deepen client engagement and amplify customer success stories.
    • Lead product and partner marketing initiatives that support go-to-market effectiveness and cross-service visibility.
    • Drive co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners and alliances.
    • Equip teams with the insight and tools to effectively represent our products and services.
  • Marketing Operations & Analytics
    • Establish marketing operations excellence through technology, process design, and performance measurement.
    • Oversee data governance, attribution modeling, and analytics frameworks to inform decision-making.
    • Introduce modern tools and AI technologies to enhance marketing productivity and intelligence.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across multiple disciplines.
    • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage external agency and vendor relationships to optimize impact and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within professional services, consulting, or B2B environments.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling marketing teams, strategies, and systems that drive measurable growth.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, demand generation, digital transformation, and modern marketing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, automation, CRM, and AI-driven tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive base salary along with a comprehensive benefits package. Salary ranges for U.S.-based positions are determined by geographic location and fall into one of three pay zones, which reflect the cost of labor in that area. The anticipated salary ranges for this position are outlined below and are subject to change:

  • $215,000 - $300,000

When determining compensation, we consider a variety of factors such as a candidate's professional experience, skills, and qualifications. Please note that final offer amounts may vary from the ranges listed above and may be adjusted over time.
