Overview Summary: This position reports to the Senior Manager, Carrier Services. The Carrier Services Specialist (CSS) supports the overall Carrier Services Business. The major function of this job is managing several key areas including carrier relationship management, SIP trunk and MPLS management, porting coordination and execution, as well as carrier circuit management. Responsibilities Essential Functions 
 Manages New and Existing SIP Trunk Builds

 Additional Information C1 BENEFITS * Paid Parental Leave (4 weeks at 100%) * On Demand Pay (Daily Pay) 
 Pay Range $44,000 - $65,000 Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
