Position Overview: The Enterprise Services Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Enterprise Services team by collaborating with Information Technology, Wealth Management and the Project Management Office. This position assists the Senior Systems Analyst in the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of various Bank applications. The Analyst ensures systems are optimized to meet business needs and supports the successful execution of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the Sr. Systems Analyst with day-to-day administration of Tamarac and eMoney, including monitoring reconciliations between systems, creating/updating internal documentation and troubleshooting user inquiries/issues
  • Support the CRM Administrator in day-to-day administration and respond to user inquiries/issues
  • Collaborate with management and CRM team to develop processes that support administrative, development and operational workflows.
  • Attend meetings, gather business requirements and document processes as needed
  • Train new users on applications across Peapack Private
  • Liaison with the vendor, users, IT and stakeholders across multiple systems.


Qualifications:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • At least 1 year of system administration or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience working with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of securities processing and settlement. Tamarac experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate information, resolve conflicts, and identify true business needs
  • Advanced excel skills with prior experience working with large data sets preferred
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The approximate pay range for this position is $68,450 to $77.000, plus an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
